Group Exercise

At Paragon, providing a great variety of fun, energizing group exercise classes is our priority. We want you to be successful and motivated, and that’s why we have the area’s best instructors providing a great workout for you seven days a week! At Paragon, our classes offer the kind of support needed to keep you on track. We provide a great variety to ensure choice, convenience and results for you. Class Descriptions

Yoga for Strength w/Kelly - A total body workout using a series of flowing yoga asanas (poses) practiced in continual succession linked together by the breath, emphasizing stamina, strength and flexibility. This high energy class is for anyone familiar with yoga poses and/or moderate levels of fitness. Come with an open mind and get ready to be challenged!

Power Hour w/ Linda Budlong - Strengthen, tone, and reshape your body from head to toe. Build muscular strength and create long lean muscles that will burn calories 24/7, even while you sleep. Improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Everyone is encouraged to work at his or her own pace. All levels are welcome!!

Beginning/ Intermediate Hatha Yoga w/ Jonathan - This class utilizes the practices of pranayama, asana and vinyasa. It is appropriate for the beginning to intermediate student. Modifications are offered to allow the yoga practitioner to find his/her comfort level. The wonderful range of benefits from a regular yoga practice are well documented and well known. Come join us!

Cardio/Strength - This class is a great balance of cardio vascular training and strength training, with the addition of several power moves designed to push you (optional) one more level. Beginners are welcome!

Step n Sculpt - A fluid interval class that combines basic cardio with “choreographed” body sculpting. The cardio segment incorporates the step in powerful dynamic sequences. The toning also uses the step to boost intensity and varies your body position. All fitness levels welcome!

Zumba - This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythm and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness experience. The goal is simple: come have an absolute blast in one hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements. Everyone is welcome.

Extreme Intervals Boot camp with Kelly on Monday nights - An action packed hour designed to mix it up and shock your system. If you are looking to be pushed to your max, this is your chance! A blend of Plyo-metrics, Squats, Lunges and push ups combined with Non- stop, Upper and lower body strength building combos. Your only competition is yourself! The class format changes week to week giving you a variety of different stimulus to maximize results.

Pilates - Core work on the floor with a mat designed to improve posture and balance, heightens body awareness, increase flexibility and control. This class will help prevent injury and create ease of movement in everyday life.

Piloxing with Kim Johnson - Piloxing blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.
